Are you feeling overworked? Is life passing you by?
Are you emotionally drained having little to give to anyone? Especially yourself?
Are you suffering from a chronic illness, digestive discomfort, symptoms with an unknown cause, symptoms you attribute to aging?
Is your stress off the charts?
In one of the most unsullied, secluded islands, in Bocas del Toro, Panama, your whole life detox awaits. For six days and five nights, you will unwind, breathe in clean air, take in clean food, turn inward, and connect with nature.
Wake up to the sounds of Caribbean ocean waves lapping the shores just outside your door. Your week will be enriched with healthy, organic meals, education on how to reduce the toxic load in every day life, yoga classes and meditation, personal development exploration, and optional island adventures.
What does it mean to DETOX? It means reducing your overall toxic load and providing your body the necessary ingredients to promote natural detoxification. Your toxic load includes the food you eat, the personal products and cosmetics you apply to your skin – our largest organ, which absorbs into the body, the air you breathe, and the amount of stress you have on a daily basis whether from work life or home life.
Over the course of the retreat you will learn how to:
Detox your body and how clean food and nutrition can change your energy and your mood, and how it can balance your hormones and sleep cycle.
Understand much of the (mis)information out there on nutrition and trendy diets.
Understand how the many products we use on the body contain toxic ingredients, and, find healthy alternatives.
Learn to use essential oils as personal care products and house cleaning products.
Detox your mind through yoga, meditation, and personal awareness.
Detox unhealthy relationships by understanding yourself a little better, and your partner, through the Enneagram.
