Class sizes are limited so that you may enjoy a full practice. Register in advance here to reserve your space. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water to each class, or we have them available for rent or purchase. We are open during and between classes all day so stop in for a visit!

 

Tabata training is a high intensity 20/10 workout, meaning you're working hard just for 20 seconds, and then resting for a full 10 seconds. We'll do five rounds for a full 20 minutes of maximum effort supported by warm up, cool down, and those 10 second breaks in between. You'll burn more calories and feel accomplished! All classes are barefoot. Bring a mat, towel, and water to every class.
Barre Fusion is a combination of Barre, Yoga and Pilates while moving along to fun and motivating music. The Barre portion of the class is designed to help strengthen and tone your entire body but with an emphasis on your glutes and
legs by using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetitions. The Pilates portion of the class is designed to strengthen the front and back core to help create more length in your spine and body. The Yoga portion of the class is designed to add balance by stretching out the muscles and improving flexibility. All three formats are taught and blended throughout the entire class.
This one hour heated full body workout will challenge your core muscles and take you to your edge! Pilates fusion with HIIT (high intensity interval training). Transform your body, burn fat, and have a blast! You will leave class ready to take on the day! Class is heated to 95°. Bring your mat, mat towel, hand towel, and bottle of water.

This 60-minute class includes dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement, creating a high-heat, high-energy Vinyasa-style practice. Power Flow is the perfect opportunity to develop your arm balances and inversions, or try something totally new! This class is good for all levels, though not remedial. This class is heated 70°-80°.
Stretch.Strength.Flow is designed to deepen/fortify your athletic exercise practice. This class is divided into three sections: stretching, building strength, and dynamic yoga movements combined with intelligent vinyasa-style sequencing (breathing and moving). 
 
Rondy's goal is to bring a more balanced exercise. We'll work on flexibility to help with the ease of moving more fluently. Building strength gives students confidence and comfort when exercising or competing.    
 
It is good for beginners, but is designed to elevate athleticism from beginners to experts!
This fun, ass kicking class will challenge anyone, but is accessible to everyone! Blending the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer and a variety of other modalities, (kettle bells, slider discs, light dumbbells, resistance bands and more!), this full body workout is sure to remind you all about it the next day…

This low impact, no cardio, full-body TRX class focuses on building strength using safe, proper form. Challenge yourself in this rep-based workout by learning how to modify or progress each exercise to fit your body and your needs. This class is accessible for beginners and advanced athletes alike. You will see a difference after only a few sessions!

This 60-minute flow links each posture and transition with the breath, creating a strong flow of movement. Great for beginning and advanced practitioners alike.
This 60-minute class is an enhanced meditative practice with deep stretches held for several minutes, promoting a release of tension and greater sense of well-being throughout your body. This class is not heated.
